Pasture Raised Pork

We raise our pigs out on pasture and in forested paddocks where they are free to forage grasses, acorns, beechnuts, and anything else they find with their snouts. Locally grown and milled grain is available free choice as well as apple drops and damaged produce from local farms. We rotate the pigs from pasture to pasture to keep them clean and the soil healthy. We aim for hanging weights between 200 and 225 lbs. Pigs are sold by the half for $6.50/lbs hanging weight (including butchering fees). Deposits are $200 per half.
